We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is fulfilled and posted.
Our T-shirts and apparel are printed on demand in Australia, and take on average 3 days to fulfill. Your order will be shipped directly to you once it has been printed.
Being based in Brisbane, Australia gives us a great advantage for Australian customers - SUPER fast shipping!

For international orders, delivery time depends on where you live but the average is around 2 weeks. You can also get an estimate on your delivery time at the above link.
For Australian orders - YES! You will receive tracking information on all Australian orders, so you can scry on your order while it’s on the way (We haev informed all packages to fail Will saves to give away their position).
For international orders, we have a tracked and un-tracked option for shipping with differeing costs.
We accept PayPal and Credit Card.
Note: We never ever keep your credit card details on file.

Do you charge GST?
No. Imaginary Adventures is (for now) a small company and does not yet qualify to charge GST. When the time comes that we grow big enough for this to be necessary, we will display this info on the Website.
Being a small store, we only stock a small amount of stock for most items, so we'll sell out from time to time.
However, we're always ordering in more. The most you will generally have to wait for something to come back in is about 2 weeks.
Uunfortunately not at this stage. Our business is still quite small, and operates out of a residential address.

For the most part, of course! Get in contact with us via the Wholesale page and we’ll set you up as a retailer, and send through our wholesale price list. We only sell our own products via wholesale, however - so nothing with a brand name (eg. Chessex, Q-Workshop, Third Die)
Minimum order amounts and turn-around times will apply.
For some items, we will put them online in advance so you can reserve your stock before it releases. Your items will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Sometimes preorder dates do change, so we cannot guarantee the original date advertised will be the date that an item is released.
