When will you ship my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is fulfilled and posted.

Our T-shirts and apparel are printed on demand in Australia, and take on average 7 days to fulfill. Your order will be shipped directly to you once it has been printed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Being based in Brisbane, Australia gives us a great advantage for Australian customers - SUPER fast shipping!

Can I track my order?

YES! You will receive tracking information on all Australian orders, so you can scry on your order while it’s on the way (We have informed all packages to fail Will saves to give away their position).

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not any more. In the past we have shipped overseas but have made to decision to focus solely on Australia. If you live overseas and want to organise an order, please get in contact with us and we will see what we can do.

What payment do you accept?

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD, or Dollarydoos as we like to call them).

Yes, we do.

SHOPPING

When is XX coming back into stock?

Being a small store, we only stock a small amount of stock for most items, so we'll sell out from time to time.

However, we're always ordering in more.

I live in Brisbane. Can I pick up my order instead of paying for delivery?

Unfortunately not.

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

For sure! If you have a big group and want to place a large order, get in contact with us at admin@imaginaryadventures.com.au and we’ll see what we can work out together :)

I run a comic/gaming store. Can I buy items wholesale from you?

This is something we have done in the past, but now focus solely on our regular customers. As such, we are no longer offering wholesale purchasing.

How do preorders work?

For some items, we will put them online in advance so you can reserve your stock before it releases. Your items will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Sometimes preorder dates do change, so we cannot guarantee the original date advertised will be the date that an item is released.
