Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

However, if for some reason you don't like your purchase (or something is not quite right), we will happily help you out - all you need to do is reach out to us on Email or Facebook Messenger.
Imaginary Adventures has a return period of thirty (30) days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your purchased products must be in as-new condition and must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be shipped to the below address at the purchasers cost:

In order to process your return, you will need to get in contact with us using the same email address used to place your order.
Once we receive any returned items, you will be notified of their receipt and they will be assessed against the reason for return. If everything matches up we will process a refund for the cost of goods using the same payment method as the original payment, within 3 working days.
Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you require an exchange for a defective product, your replacement goods will be shipped once the returned items have been received and assessed. No shipping costs will be charged to the customer for the shipping of replacement goods.
